How does it work? Small groups of 8-10 business people join together to learn and apply specific success principles. Twice a month for an hour, a professional business coach facilitates your progress so you can experience extraordinary results within the 6 month series. Because we use a call format (for most groups), more people can participate and benefit from this innovative program.

(instead of individual coaching)? Group
coaching is a very effective way to achieve goals through all the benefits of
business coaching but it allows you to save money!
In addition, individual and group strengths add value to the group:
members learning from other professionals will gain a deeper understanding and
development in targeted areas than by having only 1 teacher or coach.
Brainstorming sessions are more powerful with 8-10 people, and in
addition - network connections, business alliances, and friendships are formed
in these groups, which gives unique value as compared to private coaching.
(The primary benefits of private coaching as compared to group coaching
derive totally from the private nature of all discussions and having more direct
time with your coach.) Who can join one of
these groups? This
program is specially designed for business owners and for sales teams who want
to grow their business revenue and are having to operate under a reduced budget.
Also perfect for managers, professional association members, internal
teams, networking groups, franchise owners, or business alliance partners that
wish to enhance their professional performance and work-life balance through
customized, targeted development. People
in other areas of town, other cities, and even other countries are welcome –
as long as the call time works for them and they are not considered a direct
competitor with another member. Why over the phone
instead of in person? In the greater Omaha metro area, groups can elect to meet in person. However, the primary reason via phone is for member scheduling convenience. You can still attend while traveling for work, for example, and there is no drive time to-and-from to worry about. What
if I have to miss a session? You
can relax, because you will still be able to participate via the email agenda
assessments and progress form, and can listen to the recorded calls at your
convenience. However, attendance is
critical to the group-learning environment and members will be expected to
attend regularly. How do I start my
own group? Maybe
you are saying something similar to “I have a team of 8 people and I’ve been
looking for an affordable development program that will have a high return on
investment.” “I think this
would be great for my franchise team – can you help me put together a proposal
for corporate?” “I know several
people that want to do it, but we need a few more; what’s next?”

are available? Most
groups work best on Tues., Wed., or Thurs., between the hours of 7am and 9pm. Group
sessions can be set up for just about any time and day, as long as it works with
the coach’s schedule and the group members’.
Optional private monthly laser coaching sessions will be scheduled
directly between the coach and the individual member to fit both schedules. What
if I don’t know anyone else in the group? That’s
perfectly fine. There will be plenty of opportunities to get to know each other
as much or as little as you would like. Either
way, you will learn from one another in the group setting, so knowing each other
previously it not a requirement. It’s
nice to have a wide variety of businesses and industries represented in each
group (except internal/sales-team groups). What
can I really expect to get out of it in only 6 months? A
lot! The program is designed to help you learn and APPLY concepts
for creating more success as quickly and as easily as possible.

Working within a coaching-style accountability structure and focusing on
creating lasting habits for life-long professional and personal success helps
participants achieve the following primary benefits: 1. Master present circumstances; make a difference immediately,

often do we meet and for how long? Over the 12 session, 6-month program, your group or team will meet up every other week for 55 minutes during your regularly scheduled day/time slot. Your optional individual sessions can be scheduled monthly with your coach for 15 minute laser- coaching. You’ll be amazed how much you can be accomplished during these sessions. What payment methods
are allowed, and can I pay over time? PayPal
is the preferred payment method, and they allow a variety of options with secure
processing. The entire course fee
will be paid in full prior to the start of the first meeting, unless a special
arrangement is determined with your coach.
Why
is it in small groups? Groups
of 8-10 are the perfect size for productive discussion, sharing expertise and
brainstorming solutions, networking and building professional relationships. It is a large enough size to encourage a variety of strengths
and communication styles to pull from and yet is not so small so that 1-2
members can miss a session without impacting the group-learning environment. What about
confidentiality of discussions? Each
group member will sign a basic agreement regarding the nature of the coaching
relationship and the confidentiality of group and individual discussions.
Coaching works so well partly because people are encouraged (and feel
safe to) share personal experiences and insights while trying new techniques,
with the primary objective of encouraging, supporting, and fostering growth and
