What
makes Extended DISC® different from other assessments?
The
Individual Analysis assessment is able to measure the hard-wired behaviors to
exclude the impact of the environment. As
a result, the report identifies the true strengths and development areas to
allow for real performance improvement.
The
Extended DISC® Individual Analysis is useful for not only the individual
him/herself, but also for everyone communicating with the person.
It is a behavioral inventory based on self-evaluation; there are no right
